    • If a Member does not meet the criteria during the relevant review period, the Member may be downgraded to a lower tier in accordance with rules published by the Company.
    • If an Explorer subscription is not renewed, the Member will be downgraded to the Beginner Tier. Any previously attained Pro or Insider status may be lost, and if the Member subscribes again in future, they will re‑enter at the Explorer Tier unless the Company specifies otherwise.
  3. Expert Tier Review
    • Expert Tier membership is subject to periodic or ad‑hoc review by the Company. The Company may maintain, adjust or withdraw Expert status at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Earning Points

  1. Points Earning Rate
    1. Unless otherwise specified in any Reward Terms or tier‑specific promotion, Members earn 1 Point for every HK$1 of eligible net spend under the Programme, after discounts and excluding taxes, shipping, service fees and other excluded charges as specified by the Company.
    2. The Points earning rate and any tier‑based multipliers or bonus rates may be amended by the Company from time to time and will be announced on the App or other official channels.
  2. Members may earn Points through:
    1. eligible purchases of products offered by the Company;
    2. eligible purchases of workshops and event tickets organised by the Company;
    3. participation in Designated Partner Offers; and
    4. birthday offers, welcome gifts, campaigns, bonus events and other activities designated as Points‑earning by the Company.
  3. Points will generally be credited to the Member’s Account within a reasonable time after the relevant eligible transaction or qualifying activity has been completed and confirmed. Timeframes may vary by channel and Partner.
  4. The Company may prescribe conditions for earning Points, including but not limited to:
    1. minimum spending requirements;
    2. exclusions of certain products or services from Points‑earning (for example, cash vouchers, taxes, service charges, shipping or charity donations);
    3. requirements to present a digital membership ID or QR code at the time of transaction;
    4. specific rules or criteria for birthday offers, welcome gifts, tier benefits and bonus campaigns.
  5. Refunds and order cancellations:
    1. If a transaction is refunded or cancelled, any Points previously earned from that transaction may be reversed or adjusted by the Company.
    2. If the Member has already used such Points for redemptions, the Company may determine how to adjust the relevant Points and/or rewards, subject to applicable law.
  6. Points have no cash value and:
    1. cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash;
    2. cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or otherwise dealt with, except as expressly permitted by the Company.

6. Points Validity, Expiry and Deduction

  1. All Points in a Member’s Account, including those from regular spending, birthday offers, welcome gifts, campaigns, bonus events and any other eligible activities, are subject to one single validity rule on a rolling 12‑month basis:
    1. Points are valid for 12 months from the end of the calendar month in which they are earned; and
    2. after that 12‑month period, any unused Points will automatically expire.
  2. Examples:
  1. Points earned on 10 March 2025 will expire on 31 March 2026.
  2. Points earned on 30 November 2025 will expire on 30 November 2026.
  1. Points are tracked by earning month, so different Points may have different expiry dates depending on the calendar month in which they were earned. However, the same rule (12 months from the end of the earning month) applies to all Points without exception.
  2. When a Member redeems rewards, Points will be deducted from the Member’s Account in the following order:
    1. Points that will expire soonest (i.e. with the earliest expiry date) will be deducted first; and
    2. If two or more groups of Points have the same expiry date, the Points that were earned earlier in time will be deducted first.
  3. Once Points have expired, they will be automatically removed from the Account and cannot be restored, extended or converted into any form of cash, credit, voucher, points of other programmes or other benefits, except where required by applicable law or where the Company expressly specifies otherwise.
  4. The Company may, at its sole discretion, decide to extend Points or adjust expiry dates for all or certain Members as a goodwill or promotional gesture, but such decisions will not constitute a waiver of the general expiry rule set out in this Clause 6.
  5. Members are responsible for checking their Account and tracking the expiry dates of their Points. The Company may, but is not obliged to, send any notification or reminder before Points expire.

7. Redemption of Points and E‑Coupons

  1. Members may redeem Points for:
    1. rewards, e‑coupons, products and services;
    2. workshops and event tickets; and
    3. other benefits made available under the Programme,
      subject to these Terms and any applicable Reward Terms.
  2. E‑coupons granted or redeemed under the Programme will, unless otherwise specified for a specific campaign or coupon type, have a default validity of 30 days from the date of issue. Different validity periods may apply on a case‑by‑case basis as specified in the relevant Reward Terms.
  3. The types of rewards and e‑coupons, the Points required, and the method of redemption will be announced on the Membership Centre or other official channels and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
  4. All redemptions are subject to:
    1. availability;
    2. quotas or stock levels;
    3. any time limits, blackout dates or other conditions stated in the Reward Terms.
  5. Unless otherwise stated:
    1. Rewards and e‑coupons redeemed with Points are non‑refundable, non‑exchangeable and non‑transferable; and
    2. Once a redemption request is confirmed, the used Points cannot be returned to the Account, except where the redemption fails due solely to a technical or operational error caused by the Company.
  6. If the value of an e‑coupon is insufficient to cover the full price of a transaction, the Member must settle the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
  7. The use of any e‑coupon may be subject to product exclusions, minimum spend requirements and other conditions as specified in the Reward Terms.

8. Partners and Third‑Party Services

  1. The Programme may include Designated Partner Offers made available by Partners, including Overseas Partners. The availability, terms and conditions, and content of such offers are subject to change by the relevant Partners and/or the Company.
  2. Use of any products, services or benefits provided by Partners may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those Partners. Members are responsible for reviewing and complying with any such additional terms.
  3. The Company is not responsible for:
    1. the acts, omissions or services of any Partner;
    2. any disputes between a Member and any Partner; or
    3. any loss or damage suffered by a Member arising from any Partner’s products, services or offers, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Membership Centre Purchases and Points Earning

  1. The Company may from time to time designate Membership Centre where Members can purchase products or tickets and/or earn Points.
  2. Specific rules governing Points earning, redemption, refunds and exchanges at Membership Centre may be published on official website or via the Membership Centre and shall form part of these Terms.
  3. In the event of any refund or cancellation of a transaction at a Membership Centre:
    1. Points earned from the refunded or cancelled transaction may be reversed; and
    2. if Points have already been redeemed in connection with that transaction, the Company may determine how to adjust the relevant Points and/or rewards, subject to applicable law.

10. Fees and Charges

  1. Beginner Tier
    1. Registration for the Programme and enrolment into the Beginner Tier are free of charge. No joining fee, annual fee or minimum spending is required.
    2. Beginner Members may still be required to pay for specific products, services, events or rewards, or to redeem Points, as specified by the Company from time to time.
  2. Explorer Tier Subscription
    1. The Explorer Tier is a paid annual subscription tier.
    2. The applicable Explorer membership fee (including any launch promotional fee and regular fee) will be published by the Company (HK$250 per year as regular fee).
    3. Explorer membership fees must be paid in advance for each membership period (for example, per 12‑month period), using such payment methods as the Company may accept.
    4. Members may be given the option to enable auto‑renewal of Explorer. Where auto‑renewal is enabled:
      • the applicable membership fee for the next membership period will be charged automatically at or before the end of the current membership period; and
      • the Member authorises the Company and/or its payment service providers to charge the relevant payment method for such fees.
    5. Members may disable auto‑renewal in accordance with the procedures made available by the Company. If auto‑renewal is disabled or payment cannot be successfully collected, the Explorer membership will expire at the end of the current membership period, and the Member will be downgraded to Beginner (with loss of any Pro/Insider status as described in Clause 4.6).
    6. Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, or required by applicable law:
      • Explorer membership fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable once paid;
      • early cancellation, non‑renewal, downgrade, suspension or termination (including due to misuse or breach) will not entitle the Member to any refund of unused membership period or fees;
      • Explorer membership fees cannot be converted into cash, Points, vouchers, credits or any other form of value.
  3. Expert Tier and Other Paid Arrangements
    1. The Company may, at its discretion, determine whether any fee or minimum spend applies to the Expert Tier or other special tiers or programmes and will specify any such arrangements at the time of invitation or enrolment.
    2. Unless otherwise specified at the time of invitation or in additional terms:
      • any fees payable in connection with the Expert Tier or other special tiers are non‑refundable and non‑transferable once paid; and
      • termination or downgrade of such tiers will not give rise to any refund of fees already paid.
  4. Other Charges and Costs
    1. Certain Programme activities, products, services or rewards (including without limitation workshops, ticketed events, collaborations, limited‑edition merchandise, and physical card issuance) may require additional payment and/or redemption of Points, regardless of the Member’s Tier.
    2. The applicable charges, prices, surcharges and/or Points required will be communicated at the time of purchase or redemption.
    3. Members are solely responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third parties arising from participation in the Programme, including but not limited to:

      • bank, card scheme or payment processor fees (e.g. currency conversion, cross‑border transaction fees).
  5. Changes to Fees and Charges

    2. Unless otherwise required by law or clearly explained at the time of purchase, any such changes will generally apply prospectively and will not affect Explorer membership fees already paid for an unexpired membership period.
    3. Updated fees and charges will be published on the Membership Centre or other official channels. Continued use of the Programme, or renewal or purchase of any paid tier, after such changes become effective constitutes the Member’s acceptance of the updated fees and charges.

11. Personal Data and Privacy

  1. The Company will collect, use, store and disclose Members’ personal data in accordance with:
    1. these Terms; and
